Project difficulties

① The LED lamp bead is small, about 1mm * 1mm, so it requires 5 million pixels of high-definition industrial lens for imaging observation.
② The LED lamp panel has a large area, and the lens imaging range is 100mm * 200mm. Therefore, a short focus industrial lens is required to provide a wide imaging field of vision.
③ The lamp bead recognition shall meet the requirements of automatic and efficient detection, and the photographing frequency is 0.3s/pcs, so a gigabit network industrial camera is required.
